Metabolomics 2010
Breakthroughs in plant, microbial and human biology, clinical and nutritional research, and biomarker discovery

The Metabolomics Society, The Plant Metabolomics Platform, The Metabolic Profiling Forum and a number of additional groups involved in metabolomics research have joined forces to organise the first integrated conference on Metabolomics in 2010. In a full programme comprising practical workshops, parallel sessions covering the broad range of biological and technological topics, and ample opportunity to meet socially, we shall provide the forum to bring this topic to the next level.
Prominent scientists will speak on the state-of-the-art in a number of leading disciplines to kick off each session after which we will have a full agenda of innovative speakers with particular attention also being given to younger researchers. One session is specifically focsued on work from younger researchers in the field and presentations will be selected from submitted abstracts.
In addtion to the opportunity to present their work at the meeting, successful applicants will also receive financial support (up to set limits) for their attendance at the meeting from the Metabolic Profiling Forum.
Submission of abstracts for consideration in the Young Scientists session has now closed. Successful applicants will be notified by 30th April 2010.
